Programme Assessments and Socio-economic Research
Our baseline studies, monitoring tasks, thematic reviews and assessments, term evaluations and socio-economic research have been undertaken across Sectors and States for a range of clients. Be they large sample, multi-State tasks or more focused strategic and thematic assessments, these have been appreciated for their robust design, balance of quantitative- qualitative approaches, multi-stakeholder engagement in-depth investigation and accent on learning and constructive engagement.
We have had an opportunity to look at some of India’s largest and high-profile public programmes, including the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS), the Nirmal Gram Puraskar (NGP), the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), the Sector Reform Programme (SRP) in the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation (RWSS) Sector and multilateral and bilateral Development Partner and INGO-supported programmes in Core Sectors of our work. Examining these, we have successfully drawn lessons and informed pragmatic course corrections.
