TARU Leading Edge is a research and consultancy group set up by a team of experienced professionals from public, corporate and cooperative institutions. This trans-disciplinary enterprise brings together expertise from natural and social sciences, engineering and management, to provide clients with the very best: frontline research, innovative solutions and intelligent decision-making tools.

• A Core Team of 20 researchers and consultants from varied professional and sectoral backgrounds including natural sciences and technology, social and community development, institutional development and capacity building, policy analysis, economics, etc.; supported by management support teams at our offices at Delhi, Hyderabad, and project locations.

• Research and consultancy assignments covering more than a third of rural and urban domains of India; and in select other locations in South Asia

• Experience in working across diverse public systems, cultures and corporate formations

• A cumulative body of knowledge and experience across sectors and regions, in the more than 200 assignment reports we have produced over the last decade; and in the demonstrated outcomes we have enabled on ground for our partners and clients.

• Network of consultants, advisors and collaborating institutions from the Indian States, South Asia, and overseas (Australia, Europe and the US)

• Strategic alliances with WEDC (UK); LSHTM (UK); INRIC and AtKisson Inc (USA); Coffeys (Australia); and project-based alliances with research, management and training institutions, and NGOs

• Strong emphasis on developing and using path-breaking methods, analytical tools and knowledge aids
